Keyword popularity, from Apple itself.
Tapll checks where your app ranks for the phrases you track every night, from Apple’s public search. Apple Search Ads adds the other half: how popular each phrase is, on Apple’s 1–100 scale.
What you get. Once Apple Search Ads is connected.
Popularity per phrase
Apple’s score for each tracked phrase in your app’s genre, and a bound when a phrase is below the list Apple publishes.
Opportunity next to difficulty
Phrases ranked by how popular they are against how hard the current top results are to beat.
What it needs.
- An Apple Search Ads API client (OAuth), verified against Apple before it is saved.
What Tapll keeps, and what it does not.
- Apple’s published popularity list for your app’s genre, per storefront and week.
Questions about Apple Search Ads.
Do I need to run ads?
No. Tapll reads the popularity list; it never creates or changes campaigns.
Can Tapll show search traffic per keyword?
No one can: none of Apple’s reports carries the search term behind a download. Tapll shows position and popularity, and says so.
