Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-23
Tapll is in early development. These terms are not written yet, and this page is a placeholder standing in until they are.
This is not a contract yet
Nothing on this page has been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer, so please do not read it as an agreement. Before Tapll is generally available these terms will be written in full and this page replaced. If you are using Tapll today, you are using a product under development, and we will tell you in advance, by email to the address on your account, before any binding terms take effect.
What the finished terms will cover
The usual ground, and nothing exotic: what you may and may not do with the service, what we commit to in return, who owns the data you send us (you do), how either side can end the arrangement, and what happens to your data when they do.
They will also say plainly what Tapll is not. It is not a system of record for billing or accounting, and the numbers it shows are analytics, measured from the events your app and your backend send, with the gaps that implies.
In the meantime
How Tapll handles data is a separate question from the commercial terms, and that one is answered as best we can today on theprivacy page. If something there is unclear, or you need specifics before you can use Tapll at work, ask us: a real answer now is more useful to you than boilerplate.
