NPS, beside what people did.
Tapll receives Survicate’s signed webhooks and keeps the NPS category and score of each answer, so the score sits on the person’s profile and on the Overview next to how they use the app.
What you get. Once Survicate is connected.
NPS over any window
Promoters, passives and detractors with their counts, so a score from three answers reads differently from one from three hundred.
Score on the person
Each respondent’s latest score and the one before it, when the survey carries your install id.
What it needs.
- Your Survicate signing secret, pasted once per workspace.
- The webhook URL from Tapll registered in Survicate.
- Optionally `tapll_install_id` as a respondent attribute.
What Tapll keeps, and what it does not.
- The NPS category, the 0–10 score and when it was given.
- Never the question text or the respondent’s comment.
Questions about Survicate.
Can Tapll show a survey in my app?
No. Survicate decides when a survey appears; Tapll only reads the answers.
